Building Operational Excellence
This initiative intends to define operational processes to ensure consistency across remote centers before ramping up operations. Besides addressing scalability, it would also convince new and existing clients that our unique delivery model and operational capabilities benchmark with best-of-breed companies in the industry.
Training Programs on Quality
We are launching a series of training programs to help our teams improve the quality of work and communication with our customers. This goes hand in hand with our Operational Excellence initiative. The teams will go through workshops, team sessions and online modules to improve each process they engage in.
