Rajiv was one of the founding members of Infosys BPO (earlier Progeon), the business process outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary of Infosys Technologies where he was the Head of Operations and subsequently the Head of Business Transformation. He then moved to OnMobile, as Chief Operating Officer. Rajiv is an alumni of IIT Delhi.

As an angel investor he shares a common vision with DesiCrew on the untapped potential of youth in rural areas and small towns of India. The investment will allow DesiCrew to pursue their aggressive growth strategy and leverage their innovative solution delivery model to continue to provide value to rural employees and urban clients.

Currently she is a Consultant with the TeNeT Group at IIT Madras on crafts entrepreneurship development via the emergent Internet kiosk in Tamil Nadu. She is also a visiting faculty at DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore. She has been associated with DesiCrew since it was a research project of the TeNeT Group in 2005. Her areas of interest traverse design, technology and society and in particular the adoption and adaptation of ICT's among rural users across diverse cultural and linguistic settings in India

Jhunjhunwala at TeNeT group, IIT Madras in Jan 2005. She started her career in an interactive media start up, Web Chutney in Delhi. Saloni's work with DesiCrew has been featured in leading newspapers and magazines across the globe such as BusinessWeek, BusinessToday, The Economic Times, Fast Company, The Hindu, etc. She has been nominated for BusinessWeek's Asia's Youngest Entrepreneurs, MTV Youth Icon 2008, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 and also facilitated in the presence of the President of India by the CII. Saloni is the founder of DesiCrew and handles Marketing and overall direction of the organization.

Earlier, Ramesh was a serial entrepreneur with early stage involvement in scaling three technology start-ups, two of which he started. He scaled and led the Indian operations of Net Devices, a network product company based in California, until its successful merger with Alcatel Lucent. Prior to this, Ramesh founded Component Insights (now Interwoven) in the US and scaled its development centre in Bangalore, as well as established Rothwell Systems in Bangalore as the offshore development centre of RothWell International, USA (now HCL-Perot).

Ramesh has a MS in Computer Science from Ball State university and a BE from Osmania University. He started his career with HoneyWell Bull in Boston and went on to spend several years working and consulting across the USA for various Fortune 100 companies.

This group works with industry in the development of technologies relevant to India. It has incubated several technology companies which work in partnership with TeNeT group to develop Telecom and Banking products for Indian Urban and Rural Markets. He chairs Rural Technology and Business Incubator(RTBI) at IIT Madras and Mobile Payment Forum of India(MPFI).

He was awarded the Padma Shri (Civilian Honor by the Govt. of India) in the year 2002. Dr. Jhunjhunwala is a Director in the Board of State Bank of India, TTML, BEL, Polaris, 3i Infotech, Sasken, Tejas, IDRBT and Tata Communications. He is member of Prime Minister's Scientific Advisory Committee.

A strong believer in the power of combining Business and Social transformation, he was largely instrumental in implementing GramIT – the rural BPO initiative of Byrraju Foundation. Currently the President and COO.

Mani’s professional experience covers, in a way, all the three sectors, the Government (He was ranked 44th in the prestigious UPSC examination), private (ICICI Bank) and the non-profit sector (Byrraju Foundation). He has a distinct advantage of hands on experience on both sides of the social divide – urban and rural.

While the banker in him aims at winning deals and strategies, his tenure with the rural India has complimented his quest for creating value driven, lasting economic solutions. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and his leadership skills were recognized when he was selected as ‘Emerging Leadership International Fellow’ by City University of New York.

In his current role heading Operations at DesiCrew, he manages the Document Services Division including operations, key account management, training and infrastructure.

Parthib brings to the table diverse industry exposure across brand development, animation, gaming, information technology, business process outsourcing, education and energy efficiency and home security. He possesses an excellent record of results in driving revenue and profit growth along with a demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot critical issues impacting productivity, costs, sales and financial operations. In his role as the head of Enterprise Services Vertical, he oversees and manages Business Development, Revenue and Profit Growth, Strategic Planning, Branding and Product & Solution Configuration.

After chasing the Indian Civil Services Post,he landed at DesiCrew. Was a journalist at Chennaionline.com, during college days. A member of Loyola Debating Society, Secretary of the Commerce Forum, PRO of the Student's Union. Student Representative - Kent Business School, Founder - Kent Debating Society. She has completed her graduation in Hospitality Administration and Management from Mumbai University. Earlier she was working in the Marketing Dept of a leading Tele Info Services in India.

Has been working as a Freelance Consultant ( Banking & Financial) before joining DesiCrew Foundations.
